Student records
One dependable student story — academic, behavioural and administrative.
Organised dataSchool management, Arabic and global
Fosoly gathers students, attendance, grades, exams, homework and communication into one operational space — so your team spends more of the day teaching.
Start with up to 30 students, no card.
01The day
Attendance, academic progress and open actions settle into one calm decision surface instead of scattering across disconnected tools.
02The roles
Teachers record what happens in class. Leaders get the context to act before a small trend becomes a real problem. Nobody sees more than their role allows.
03The family
Each parent sees what belongs to their family and nothing else, in the language and the direction that reads naturally to them.
One system, many moments
Each role gets a focused work surface, while the school's story stays connected from the classroom to the principal's office.
One dependable student story — academic, behavioural and administrative.
Organised dataMark a lesson in seconds and read the trend before it becomes a concern.
A clear daily decisionBuild the assessment, then tie the score to the learner's real progress.
From result to actionPlan the next task, review what came in, and give feedback that helps.
A learning rhythmAnnouncements and school conversations stay in one protected context.
A documented trailPoints and rewards that notice good habits without turning into noise.
Visible achievementBoth directions
The interface mirrors: navigation, tables, charts and forms are all laid out from the reading edge, not flipped after the fact.
Every school gets the same trusted role model. Plans only widen the operational tools around it.

What schools ask before they start. Every answer describes something Fosoly does today.
Fosoly (فوصولي, also spelled فصولي) is a school management platform built Arabic-first. One place for students, attendance, grades, exams, homework, behaviour, timetables, reports and communication with families — in Arabic with full right-to-left layout, and in English, with the same features in both.
Built for it. The interface lays out right-to-left rather than mirroring an English one, Arabic and Latin text mix correctly in the same line, and exported PDF reports carry an embedded Arabic font so they read correctly even on a computer that has no Arabic installed.
Students and classes, daily attendance by roll-call, grades and gradebooks, exams a learner sits in the browser with autosaved answers, homework with marks and feedback, behaviour records with guardian notification, timetables with clash detection, school announcements, direct messages, and reports exported as PDF or spreadsheet.
Three plans: Free at $0 a month, Pro at $39 a month for up to 300 students, and Pro Max at $99 a month for up to 1,500 students with admissions, staff records and multi-campus operations.
Yes — 20 days from the day your school is approved, with no card required. When it ends the workspace is frozen rather than deleted: every student, mark and message stays exactly where it is and comes straight back on the first day of a subscription.
You send an application with the school's name and location, how to reach the person responsible, and an identity document. A person at Fosoly reads every application — schools are not created automatically — and on approval the school opens at its own address with its trial running.
Yes. Every approved school answers at its own subdomain, such as al-noor.fosoly.app, where its people sign in. A Pro Max school can point its own domain at Fosoly instead.
Yes, each with their own view. A teacher sees their classes, marks and homework; a parent sees their own children's attendance, grades and messages; a student sees their timetable, homework and exams. Nobody sees a school they do not belong to.
Yes. The demo at fosoly.app/demo opens the whole product with fictional data, and you can switch between the administrator, teacher, parent and student views to see what each of them gets. Nothing there is saved.
